The Teacher Writer

EDUARDO BARRETO is a high school teacher at Palmer Trinity School and an adjunct professor of English Composition at Miami Dade College, where students are forced to listen to him talk all day about whatever subject interests him. He lives in Miami, Florida, with his wife, four kids, and an ever-growing collection of writing projects he insists he'll finish "one day."  This impressive list of books remains a mystery to professionals, which is why no one will publish them. He has written some works of poetry, but some magazines (of little regard) refuse to print them. Perhaps his greatest talent is his ability to lie — or what his priest once characterized as telling good stories. Get to know me!
